Cara Membuat Clise Film Avdruk Sablon Pada Screen

 Siapkan HVS sesuai ukuran gambar/desain yang diinginkan. HVS’nya bisa ukuran A4 atau A3 print gambar/desain pada HVS tersebut dengan 1 warna, warna hitam saja. Oleskan minyak sayur yang telah disiapkan tadi pada bagian gambar/desain yang tercetak pada kertas HVS saja. Ingat pada gambarnya saja.

 Gambar/desain yang tercetak pada kertas HVS dan telah di olesi minyak sayur tadi akan menjadi transparan. Sampai disini film sablon sudah jadi, kini saatnya kita cetak pada screen yang telah di afdruk. Cara Membuat Afdruk Sablon Buat campuran obat afdruk.

 Campur obat afdruk dengan sensitizer dengan perbandingan 10:1 pada wadah yang disiapkan. Aduk merat dan diamkan selama kurang lebih 1 jam sampai gelembung udaranya menghilang. Siapkan screen.

 Cuci dulu dengan sabun colek luar dalam bagian screen bertujuan untuk menghilangkan noda minyak yang mungkin tertinggal pada permukaan screen. Lalu keringkan. Mulai oleskan merta obat afdruk yang tadi sudah kita buat. 

Oleskan pada bagian dalam dan luar screen. Hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah pengolesan afdruk harus tipis dan merata ke seluruh permukaan screen. Pengolesan bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan rakel yang sudah kita siapkan tadi.

 Keringkan screen yang telah dioleskanafdruk tadi dengan hair drayer hingga benar-benar kering sempurna. Ingat hal ini dilakukan dalam ruangan yang minim cahaya, gelap atau remang-remang. Jangan sampai permukaan screen terpapar sinar matahari secara langsung. Sekarang proses afdruk gambar yang telah kita siapkan tadi. Proses ini menggunakan cahaya matahari dan desain tadi diposisikan terbalik. 

Afdruk dengan menggunakan meja afdruk Atur urutan sebagai berikut dari bawah ke atas. Meja afdruk desain screen busa papan pemberat lama waktu penyinaran pada proses afdruk menggunakan lampu atau meja afdruk disesuaikan dengan jumlah lampu, watt, jarak lampu ke kaca atau permukaan screen, dan tergantung obat afdruk yang digunakan. Untuk pengalaman kemarin saya menggunakan 5 buah lampu neon 20 watt, sekitar 10 menit. 

 Afdruk dengan menggunakan sinar matahari Atur urutan berikut dari bawah keatas papan busa screen desain kaca bening sinar matahari lama waktu penyinaran menggunkan caha matahari berkisaran 8 sampai 12 detik setelah penyinaran selesai dilakukan, diamkan sebentar sekitar 2 menitan lah. Kemudian rendam atau siram bagian luar dan dalam screen selama 2 menit. 

 Mulailah melubangi pola atau desain yang telah terbentuk melalui proses afdruk tadi menggunakan semprotan tadi. Keringkan screen menggunakan hair drayer sampai benar kering sempurna. Tusir. 

Untuk hal ini harus diperhatikan lagi hasil afdrukan, apakah masih ada bolong – bolong atau jebol sediki-sedikit, jika ada lubang – lubang kecil yang diinginkan atau tidak sesuai desain, maka tusir atau tambal lubang itu menggunakan sisa obat afdruk tadi. Tusir menggunakan tusuk gigi dan kemudian keringkan lagi oleskan harter atu obat penguat afdrukan lalu keringkan hingga kering sempurna. Harter ini berfungsi agar afdrukan tidak jebol dalam proses penyablonan screen siap digunakan untuk proses sablon. Nah pada intinya print hitam pekat tersebut menutupi atau menghalangi cahaya ke screen. Sehingga bagian yang tidak tertutupi gambar/desain akan mengeras karena obat afdruk yang telah tercampur sensitizer atau obat peka cahaya di screen tersebut bereaksi terhadap cahaya. Sedangkan yang tertutup desain akan tetap rapuh/tidak mengeras karena obat afdruk tidak bereaksi terhadap cahaya. Sehingga mudah bolong saat disemprot.
